Individual Development

I support people who want to grow in their work and in their lives.

Through coaching, accessible leadership learning, and workshops, I help you connect more fully with who you are on the inside so you can more fully to show up in the world the way you want.

The aim is not to ‘fix’ anything, but to strengthen clarity, capability, and courage so you can work, lead and live as your whole self.

Coaching

Why work together

Choose to work with me when something is changing at work, in life or both. You might be growing, stretching into something new, or navigating a transition that feels uncertain or difficult.

We create a steady, confidential space where you can slow down, think more clearly, and explore what is true for you. Our work brings together practical reflection and whole-person awareness. We welcome what you think, how you feel in your body, and the deeper values and instincts that guide you.

What shifts

Over time, you begin to feel in more alignment with what you know, feel and value.

Fundamentally, you will develop a stronger ability to stay connected to your aspirations and values. Instead of reacting from pressure or expectation, you respond from a place that feels grounded and self-trusting.

You will have more clarity about how you want to move forward. You will have more confidence to make decisions that reflect who you are and how you want to be in the world.

Ways to work together

Initial conversation (no fee)
We start with a 30–45 minute conversation to explore what is bringing you to coaching and whether we are a good fit to work together. This is a space for honest questions on both sides. Coaching works best when there is trust, readiness, and mutual clarity.

Six-session coaching journey
All new clients begin with a six-session commitment. This provides the continuity and depth required for real transformation. The sessions are responsive rather than formulaic, shaped around what emerges as most important in your life and work.

Individual sessions
After completing the initial journey, we can agree ongoing sessions as needed, including ad hoc individual sessions.

Leadership Learning

Background

Leadership is part of our human experience, even if we have been told it was only available to certain few. Traditionally, leadership was understood as set of traits and behaviours that have been modelled on the story of a narrow set of experiences that most often centred the straight, white, cisgender male. My research, based on more than 70 interviews, focuses on expanding the narrative and developing learning content that centres the broader human experience. We often work and live in systems that we look to for permission to lead. The truth is that we were all meant to lead, even if that simply means leading ourselves.

With that as a foundation, the learning content I have developed sits under the title Meant to Lead. The online, on-demand foundational course and accompanying guides will be available to anyone by this summer.

Meant to Lead - Foundational Course and Guides coming by summer 2026

The foundational Meant to Lead learning journey was created for people who want to lead in a way that reflects who they are, not just what the system or society expects. The course begins from a simple premise: leadership grows from your individual identity, values, and the way you choose to participate in the world around you.

This course explores leadership as something that is innate to anyone and is grounded in how we think, how we relate and what we value. Through structured reflection and practical insight, you will examine the beliefs many have inherited about leadership, clarify the values that shape your approach, and strengthen your ability to act with intention in complex environments.

The work is not about adopting a particular style or copying a specific model. The aim is to support you to examine what resonates with what you know about yourself and what is ethically true for you.  Knowing yourself is a foundation for deciding your own path and what support you need to stand up and stand out, leading in a way that aligns with who you are.

A suite of practical Meant to Lead guides accompany the foundational course. These guides translate the core ideas of Meant to Lead into applied leadership practice, helping you better understand important aspects of leadership such as setting direction, planning clearly and building and maintaining effective teams. This is possible while staying true to who you are and how you want to lead.

Workshops

HEADSHOT: A Pause, A Picture, A Possibility

Portrait of Kristina from the 2025 HEADSHOT workshop.

HEADSHOT is a guided experience for people who want to spend intentional time with something that matters.

What this experience is about

At the heart of HEADSHOT is a simple premise: the body often knows before the mind does.

Through presence-based coaching, embodied practice, and the act of being witnessed — by yourself, by others, and by the camera — you are invited to explore what is alive for you now.

This is not about performance, confidence, or getting a “good photo”. Imagine getting support to express your thoughts and emotions through your presence to help you see things more clearly.

We will support you to:

  • slow down

  • listen more closely

  • hold an intention with care

  • allow yourself to be seen without needing to explain or justify

What emerges is different for each person.

Who this experience is for

HEADSHOT is for you if:

  • You’re carrying an intention, question, or quality you want to explore more fully

  • You’re navigating change or sensing something new wanting to emerge

  • You value introspection and reflection as part of your personal development

  • You would value an experience that engages body, emotion, and meaning, not just the intellect
