Wellbeing
Wellbeing is foundational for feeling and doing our best in life and at work. I have been on my own wellness journey for more than 40 years, and what I have discovered and how I practice is that we each have unique needs and wants, all of which can be developed into our own set of practices that support our journey toward wholeness.
I offer 1:1 wellbeing support in a private gym and therapy space in Carmarthenshire, as well as outdoor sessions across Southwest Wales. In some cases, I will work virtually. This work is designed for those who want to strengthen their physical health, deepen their connection across the mind-body-spirit continuum, and move toward physical, mental and spiritual health.

Mindfulness & Embodied Practice Coaching
Why work with me
This work supports you to build a practice that moves toward and sustains wholeness across the mind-body-spirit continuum. This is different for every person.
Through our work, we may integrate or connect you with practices that meet your needs such as meditation, breathwork, yoga, strength work, rituals, walking practices, or movement-based mediation practices. The aim is support you in building a sustainable set of activities that helps you more readily find your centre during times of stress, increases your ability to better regulate your nervous system, and deepens your connection to self.
Sessions are practical and tailored to you so you are able to understand different practices and decide which you want to try or integrate into your practice. Sometimes this looks like a series of 1-hour coaching sessions in person or virtually. Sometimes I will design a bespoke session that integrates being outside here in southwest Wales. Maybe it will be a combination of both. Overall, you will gain practical knowledge to integrate practices that serve you.
What shifts
You develop a steadier relationship with your body rather than experiencing it as something separate from mind/spirit.
You become more aware of your patterns under stress and build the capacity to return to your centre more easily.
Over time, your practice becomes self-led. You are less dependent on external structure and more confident in knowing what supports your balance physically, mentally, and spiritually.
The focus is not intensity, but continuity using a comfortable, meaningful a set of practices that sustain clarity, regulation, and connection in everyday life.

Energy Therapy
Why work with me
Alongside physical and mindfulness work, I offer 1:1 energy therapy sessions focused on supporting healing as defined as a return to wholeness.
Sessions start with a conversation that leads to a mutual understanding of your needs and wants. Together we will decide how I can best support your healing. I integrate energy healing practices from different wisdom traditions I have studied and practiced. As with many energy workers, my approach and practice is unique to me.
What shifts
What you experience is unique to your situation. Some experience a shift physically, some mentally, some spiritually—or a combination of these.
There is often a renewed sense of flow — emotionally, physically, or energetically — where something previously felt blocked or heavy.
You may feel resolution of pain, emotion or another kind of tension that you were holding in your body.

Personal Training (by application)
Why work with me
I offer a limited number of 1:1 personal training places each year for those whose needs, wants and commitment exceed what is typically offered by trainers in local gyms. Most trainers will develop training programs or give you some confidence using gym equipment, but the work I do is deeper, more personalised work for those who are motivated to shift their mindsets and approach to their physical health.
Working with me is for individuals who are ready to commit to sustained physical development and understand that meaningful change requires time. All new training clients commit to a minimum of six months before beginning.
Training takes place in my private gym in Carmarthenshire, West Wales. By exception, I would consider virtual training/coaching for motivated clients who require this.
An application is required and ensures readiness, alignment, and mutual commitment.
What shifts
You build strength that is visible and measurable externally and internally.
Your relationship with physical effort changes. Training becomes less about punishment or comparison and more about connection and respect for self.
You develop resilience not only in muscle, but in mindset. Hard things become more manageable. Structure becomes supportive rather than restrictive.
Over time, you experience greater knowledge, confidence, and ownership of your physical health. The shift is not short-term motivation, but sustained capability and capacity.
